Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and rooms. The hotel was quiet and the amenities were good. It is in a secure location, and easy to navigate Istanbul. The breakfast was delightful

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. All the major tourist spots are very easy to get to from the tram station, which is 1 minute away from the hotel. Staff were nice and polite, and I would like to thank Mr Serhat and Mr Volkan, who assisted me during my stay, for the help they provided.

Beautiful hotel. Great workers. Vulcan and his friends are a good and nice team. The housekeeping ladies are very good and good at their job, the kitchen workers make delicious food.

Friendly staff, change of towels and cleaning every day, good breakfast, well positioned, close to the tram.

Great breakfast, room service every day, close to city center ( around 20 - 25 minutes walk to Grand Bazar )
